A couple weeks ago the 3 of us took a little mini trip to Omaha for the night. We had planned on going to the zoo but the heat index was over 100 so we found something else to do. We ended up going to The Children's Museum. Carter had a blast! They had a Clifford exhibit, so we spent a lot of time in that area.

| Carter in the dog house We spent the night in a hotel which was Carter's first time. We went swimming in the pool and went out to dinner. We all stayed up as late as we wanted, and as we were sitting watching cartoons Carter said, "Mom this is really a lot of fun!" It was a nice little get away from the craziness of life and spend time together as a family! |
